The service
CAD Modeler is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is a tool for drawing and modeling: check your work before it goes to a machine, as you would with any CAD system. We may change or discontinue features, and we will not pull the rug on work stored in your own browser — it was never ours to pull.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials private. One person, one account; do not share a subscription as if it were a seat license for an office.
Your documents
Everything you draw is yours. We claim no license over your documents and use synced content only to store and serve it back to you. Deleting a project in the app deletes it from the cloud; keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose, because we keep backups for a short window and nothing beyond it.
Payments and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal linked in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and no data is deleted by cancelling — your projects simply return to the free tier's limits.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — and for free use, that amount is zero. We are not liable for lost profits or lost data; see “Your documents” for whose job backups are.
